Our Residency Program believes that clerkships are an important introduction in the first phase of your clinical education.  A resident will be assigned to you to guide you throughout your rotation.  We limit the number of students to enable you to have the advantage of one-on-one learning.  We have eliminated History & Physical pools and provide you with adequate time for patient evaluation and study.

RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Program objectives are specifically designed to meet the needs of the graduate who intends to enter Family Practice or do further study in a specialized area.  The rotating services provided include all inpatient and ambulatory care departments.

The primary objective of this three-year Family Practice Residency is to provide a well organized, progressive program with emphasis on education over service.  It is accredited by AOA and ACOFP and meets the requirements for certification by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
